The United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois is soliciting proposals for the below treatment services:

Any questions must be documented and need to be sent to the NDIL treatment services solicitation email address ILNPml_TVS@ilnp.uscourts.gov. Any and all questions received, with the answers, will be posted below in a pdf document. As we receive questions we will be updating that document so please check back frequently. The deadline for any and all questions is August 28, 2026 @ 4:30 pm.
Interested vendors must respond on time, and clearly show: (1) they can provide services within the catchment area with a facility available for use, (2) such services will be provided by a professional meeting the criteria required, (3) they can provide all services, including local services, as identified in Section B of the RFP, and (4) prices of such treatment shall be as low or lower than those charged the vendor’s most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions.
Request for Proposals (RFPs) should be submitted electronically. DEADLINE FOR COMPLETED RFPs is September 3, 2026 @ 4:30 p.m. Late RFPs WILL NOT be accepted.
Treatment Services Vendor Information FY27
The U.S. Probation Office for the Northern District of Illinois (NDIL) is currently soliciting for an inpatient treatment provider contract for fiscal year 2027, beginning October 1, 2026. These services will be procured using Blanket Purchase Agreements.

Those interested in being added to the mailing list to receive a Request For Proposal (RFP), should email the NDIL treatment services solicitation email address ILNPml_TVS@ilnp.uscourts.gov. RFPs will be made available to prospective vendors on or about August 3, 2026, and are to be returned no later than September 3, 2026, by 4:30 p.m. Late submissions will not be accepted.
